I only stayed 2 nights, but the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. I had a double room with a private bathroom.

The room was well-equipped and a nice size, had a fantastic view of the pool and partially the beach. Location: the hotel was near to Japanese restaurants, the island and parishes and Tony's steak house. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby...

Everything was fine, including genuinely professional staff with excellent service. It was a prime and best possible location not far from Jamaica from the Punta Cana scare and different areas and the steakhouse, the indoor and outdoor buffet as well as the beach buffet.

Everything was great from the amazing service to the excellent food. The room I got was spotless with the sofa and beer and amazing view. The location was nice and absolutely perfect, near restaurants and bars. The hotel was placed near the beach.

The accommodation was wonderful, pool was good, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Melissa, Kimberly, Jodian, Cassandra. The hotel was very clean as it is a new build. The reception staff, especially Akeem and Shannon, were fantastic in welcoming us. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options. The location was convenient and easy to access. we couldn't have chosen a better place for our anniversary and we look forward to coming back with our kids.

Everything is what I need and want.

It offers good breakfasts on food outside. The building is beautiful and the rooms are spotless with double beds, the bar fridge, fancy folded towels.

The room was spotless and functional, there were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The pool area was great and the location was stunning and lovely, next to the outdoor restaurant which had 1/2 the selection and the beach beside the steak house. It also was on the coastline.

Really good and very pleasant staff of the venue with excellent service. The hotel's position was unbeatable near restaurants and bars.

Some of the staff members were extraordinarily friendly. The location was best possible and peaceful, 12 miles to Sangster International airport, perfectly reachable.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and tastier options.

Generally, really enjoyed this absolutely gorgeous accommodation with very hard working staff that completed our request. It had a prime location next to the Japanese restaurant and the Dominican and the restaurants bars and buffet. Furthermore, to to everything off.

I loved how this hotel was located right on the beach with a shop just down the beach. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and the basic amenities were great. The spacious rooms with an ocean front or pool view with a king sized bed and a balcony facing Caribbean Sea were so comfortable. We also enjoyed having breakfast for all our meals at the grill.

All was great, no complaints.
